Nenuphar

The elegant Nenuphar carries twelve passengers on two decks. On the main deck, the richly panelled salon, furnished in antique provincial style, adjoins a gracious dining room. Six deluxe king or twin suites, each with private bath, dressing table, and excellent storage, occupy the lower level. An awning shades Nenuphar’s pleasant, flower-lined sundeck.

Central Burgundy – (Offered April through June) – Cruising the picturesque Canal du Bourgogne, Nenuphar passes through a region rich in history, commerce, art, and religion.

Itinerary highlights: private wine tasting in Chablis, tour the Château Ancy-le-Franc, visit the historic Forges de Buffon, tour the UNESCO World Heritage site, Abbaye de Fontenay, visit the medieval village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, and dinner ashore at Michelin-starred La Côte d’Or.

Upper Loire – (Offered July through October) – Cruise a network of canals, dating from 1604, which links Paris to the fertile basin of the Loire River.

Itinerary highlights: walking tour of Sancerre and private wine tasting in nearby Chavignol, visit an artisan wine barrel maker, cruise over the Briare Aqueduct designed by Gustave Eiffel, private tour of the faience factory in Gien, visit the UNESCO World Heritage site, Sully-sur-Loire, walking tour of medieval Montargis, and dinner ashore at Michelin-starred Maison Medard.
